Dr. Kerry Moll
What IS success? The case for redefining success in a more compassionate and personal way.

Dr. Kerry Moll is an educator turned nonprofit executive turned business consultant, who thrives on sharing stories of everyday successful women and their path to career achievement and financial well-being. By day, she puts to use her doctorate in urban education to help nonprofit and government organizations solve some of the most challenging issues facing our youth. She also has a serious side passion for personal finance and encouraging girlfriends to success in their professional worlds.

Not long ago, Kerry found herself transitioning from education, where salaries were pre-set and publicly viewable, to nonprofits, where discussing salaries was taboo and salary transparency was generally non-existent, to for-profit consulting, where it was suddenly up to her to figure out how to set rates for every project. Her unusual career trajectory put Dr. Moll in the path of hundreds of dynamic, successful women, all of whom had strong, often varying opinions, on the subject of career and money. These conversations have been inspiring, hilarious, empowering, and frustrating.
