Rising Leaders Conference
What is the Rising Leaders Conference?
The NWA Business Women’s Conference hosted the first Young Women’s Professional Conference in 2018 for students in grades 8-12. The event expanded from 400 students in 2018 to 850 participants in 2019 as the Rising Leaders Conference. Students from Siloam Springs and Gentry to Pea Ridge, Rogers, Springdale, and Bentonville Schools participated in the event. Each year students attend three breakout sessions, a keynote session, and a luncheon. Students enjoy topics ranging from college and career planning to protecting their digital brand. Leaders from 13 area public and private schools collaborated for year two.
